Julieta – Surgical Assistant

Julieta is a Surgical Assistant at the St. Augustine Oral and Facial Surgical Center and one of the newest members of the team, joining in early 2025. She brings a strong academic foundation to the role, having recently earned her Master’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Florida. With plans to pursue a career in dentistry, Julieta is currently preparing to apply to dental school, combining her passion for science with a deep interest in patient care.

Originally born in Uruguay, Julieta has lived in Florida since the age of three and considers it home. Her curiosity, attention to detail, and drive to grow in the field of oral health make her a standout on the clinical team.

Outside of work, Julieta enjoys quiet moments reading and spending time with her energetic puppy, Nelson. Her warm personality, academic dedication, and eagerness to learn contribute to the compassionate and dynamic environment of the practice.
